The remarkable true story of Nicholas ‘Nicky’ Winton, a young London stockbroker who saved 669 mainly Jewish children from the Nazis before World War II. In 1938 Prague, he raced against time to rescue families in peril as borders closed. Decades later, haunted by those he couldn’t save, Nicky finds solace when reunited with survivors on Esther Rantzen’s live BBC show, That’s Life, and can confront his long-held guilt and grief.
