Eat, Drink and be Merry
Walsingham offers plenty of places to enjoy a drink, a snack or a three course meal.
Enjoy real ale and great cooking in a real Norfolk country pub at the 16th century Bull Inn. The Bull is a village institution, in the centre of the village in Common Place facing the Pump.
The Black Lion not far away in Friday Market dates back to around 1450 – the oldest part of the building. The Black Lion today offers drinks, coffees and meals through the day.
Excellent tea, coffee and cakes are available, from Read & Digest café (and second hand bookshop) on the corner of the High Street and Common Place, Norton’s Café-Bar at the Anglican Shrine, and Great Walsingham Café at Great Walsingham Barns.
