Temporary Road Closure Thursford Road, February & March 2020

NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Order affecting the C318 Thursford Road from its junction with the C317 Snoring Road for a distance of 200 metres southwards in the PARISH OF WALSINGHAM because of Anglian Water works.
The road will be temporarily closed (except for access) on days 18th, 21st, 25th and 28th February 2020, and 3rd and 6th March 2020 for the duration of the works, expected to be 6 full days within the period.
Alternative route is via: Snoring Road, Walsingham Road, The Street, Norwich Road, Great Snoring Road, Holt Road, Fakenham Road, Hindringham Road, North Lane, Thursford Road (Great Snoring/ Little Snoring/ Hindringham/ Kettlestone/ Thursford).
(If necessary the restriction could run for a maximum period of 18 months from the date of the Order).
Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.
In the event of the start date being delayed the new start date will be displayed on site in advance.
