A Day at the Races

A day’s racing is an exciting excursion for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Fakenham Racecourse, in existence since 1884, is one of the most popular small racecourses in the country, hosting National Hunt race meeting ten times a year, from the end of October to the end of May.

The racecourse prides itself on its friendly, casual atmosphere and there is no dress code. Children aged 16 and under are admitted free and will love the thrill of the races and roars of the crowd.

Occasionally, Greyhound Lure Coursing events are added — check the website for details. And through the summer there are fun rallies for Harley Davidson Club members and classic car owners.
